Registering for
Calsha's classes is fast and easy by phone, fax, or e-mail. We are available
to assist you during business hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm, e.s.t. To
secure your seat for the date of your choice, please register as early
as possible. You are reserved a seat when payment or authorization is
received. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification, which includes
directions to the training center and other pertinent information.
PAYMENTS:
Upon confirmation of a scheduled session, Calsha will invoice the requesting
agency. Payment or funding authorization must be received prior to entrance
into class. For your convenience, we accept credit cards*, company checks,
purchase orders, and certified funds.
* A processing fee
is charged per credit card transaction.
RESCHEDULING
POLICY:
Rescheduling may be made without penalty by notifying us ten business
days prior to the first day of class. Requests made 7-9 days prior to
the first day of class will incur a 50% administrative fee. Registered
students who fail to attend or reschedule at least 6 days prior to the
first day are charged 100% of the course fee. Attendee substitutions
are accepted up to the first day of class.
REPEAT
FOR FREE
Students who are not completely satisfied with the training they receive
at Calsha may repeat any class at no charge as long as it is on our
public schedule and there is space available. The student must reuse
the course materials they received in the original class, or purchase
new courseware. Claims under this guarantee must be submitted in writing
within ten business days of the close of class, and include the specific
circumstances regarding the claim. Calsha is unable to assume responsibility
for circumstances beyond our control, and is the sole authority as to
whether claims are approved.
CERTIFICATION
GUARANTEE
As a safeguard for organizations that encourage technical certifications,
Calsha offers the certification guarantee. If an employee voluntarily
leaves an organization within three months of earning a technical certification,
the organization may send their replacement to Calsha for a free repeat
of the certification classes. The organization must reuse the course
materials they received in the original class, or purchase new courseware.
The classes must be on our public schedule and have space available.
Claims under this guarantee must be submitted in writing within thirty
calendar days of the departing employee's last day of employment. Calsha
is the sole authority as to whether claims are approved.
UPGRADE
GUARANTEE
If a course becomes publicly available from Calsha on a new technology,
within ninety calendar days of a student completing a course on the
previous version, the student may take the update version of the course,
including courseware, at 50% off list price.

are on site 1 hour before and 1 hour after class time.
For your convenience,
Calsha holds classes at its training center in Landover, Maryland, as
well as several facilities throughout the Metropolitan area. Classes
are also delivered on-site for many of our clients. Please call to confirm
the location.
Please arrive at
least fifteen minutes prior to class start time. Wear comfortable, casual
clothes.
