Dr. Shawn P. Richmond is our founder, a business strategist, and a business transformation professor. She specializes in identifying and solving organizational problems and recommending new business models that will increase organizational performance.


Dr. Richmond uses her strong professional and educational background to lead CALSHA’S professionals who craft and execute business strategies. In her 15+ years of professional experience, Dr. Richmond has consulted for a variety of organizations: small and large law firms and accounting firms; county, state, and federal government agencies; nonprofit organizations; and technology firms.
